Where do you ship to?

We deliver Australia-wide through our Australian suppliers and warehouse partners.
A small number of products have delivery restrictions for Western Australia, Northern Territory and remote postcodes. If your order can't be delivered to your address, our support team will contact you with alternatives or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, then delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the day you ordered.
- Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro: 3–7 business days
- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast: 3–8 business days
- Adelaide metro: 4–9 business days
- Perth metro, Tasmania, NT and regional SA/WA: 7–15 business days
- Regional NSW, VIC and QLD: 5–12 business days
- Remote locations: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and can shift with seasonal demand, courier networks, weather, public holidays and supplier processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, what you've ordered, and the applicable supplier or courier charges.
Extra charges can apply to bulky items, regional locations and remote addresses.

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll get shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Products can ship from different Australian warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate deliveries, on different dates.

Question 6

My delivery is late, damaged or missing — what now?

Accepted Answer

Contact our support team with your order number. If the parcel arrived damaged, clear photos of the product and packaging help us investigate faster.
We follow it up with the courier and supplier and work out the right remedy for you — your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.

Question 7

I used the wrong address — can I change it?

Accepted Answer

Let us know as soon as you can. Before dispatch we can usually correct it; once an order has left the warehouse an address change may not be possible, and redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a change-of-mind return.
Please contact our support team before sending anything back. Returns must be approved and directed to the correct supplier warehouse, and our products can leave from different Australian warehouses.

What makes a return eligible?

- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components
- Proof of purchase or your order number included
- Received back within 30 days of delivery
- Not in one of our excluded change-of-mind categories

Question 10

Who pays the return shipping?

Accepted Answer

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges are generally not refundable.
There is no administration or restocking fee on eligible change-of-mind returns.

When do I get my money back?

Accepted Answer

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before it appears.

Question 12

What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Send us your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Depending on the situation and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be offered a repair, replacement or refund. For a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement, and we cover reasonable return or collection costs where a consumer guarantee has been missed.
If you received the wrong item, we sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you — just don't return anything until we've given you instructions.

What can't be returned for a change of mind?

For hygiene, safety and product-specific reasons, change-of-mind returns don't apply to:
- Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
- Opened or used mattresses, pillows and bedding
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Opened consumable products
- Products that have been assembled, installed, altered or used
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Clearance items marked final sale
These exclusions only apply to voluntary returns. Your statutory consumer guarantee rights are unaffected.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to cancel before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the normal returns process applies.

What size trampoline should I get?

Accepted Answer

Match the trampoline to your usable backyard space, not just the jumping mat — you also want clearance around it for safe access.

Do you sell replacement pads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Replacement safety pads are listed under Parts & Deals in the menu, alongside the trampolines they fit.

Do trampolines come assembled?

Accepted Answer

No — trampolines arrive flat-packed and need adult assembly. Please follow the manufacturer's assembly, safety and clearance instructions in the box, and keep adults supervising while kids are jumping.
Every product page lists its own dimensions and specifications, so check those before ordering.

How do I know if a trampoline is on sale?

Discounted items show a struck-through original price on the product card and page, and the Sale collection in Parts & Deals lists everything currently reduced.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Accepted Answer

Product, cart and checkout pages show an Afterpay breakdown — four interest-free payments, with the first today and the rest every two weeks — so you can see what each instalment would be.
Checkout isn't connected yet, so the payment methods you can actually select at launch will be confirmed there.

No administration or restocking fees on eligible change-of-mind returns. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your location and the items ordered, and bulky, regional or remote deliveries can carry extra freight charges.
